As for the screenshot you've provided, it could not prove that the order on Jan 23 is an order in Dragon Pals, based on the order description.(PaybyCash - UltimatePay order xxx)
And we've checked that your orders in the game on Jan 23 are all unsuccessful, which means you might have been charged by MOL, but the payment has not been transferred to the game.
As a result, we suggest that you try contacting MOL with the order info for detailed consultance about the money that you've been charged.
