Dear Shadoween, Aodhan has covered it pretty much. (BTW Aodhan you are really cool ) I just have a little more to add.
1.The Mysterious Bronze keys and Fairy keys cannot be sold.
2.The way to use the Keys is, (if you have enough), exchanging them for valuable items:
Wings & Gems - Bronze keys
Pets & Pet shards - Fairy keys


Just for your information, here are the steps of how you can use them:
Step 1.click the key icon in the inventory, and then click use. The Mysterious Chest window will pop up.
Step 2.choose the item you want!
