Dear Draconis, thanks for your report and very sorry for kept you waiting. Have you been charged?  If you have been charged and no coins in game, please file a ticket in the support center with the content of the below:

1.screenshot after you completed that payment
  or the screenshot of the payment from the confirmation email
  please include Transaction ID, Date and Time in the screenshot
2. screenshot of the Transaction ID from the credit card company

yeah >.< that top up was made by the websites credit payment something ... it just keeps on loading so i closed it ... after and hour I check my card and puff >.<

Is there a way you guys could check Logs on PaymentWall ? Then Credit Card ?
Check on logs on Recharge not on transaction >.<

Hi Kurito, sorry to inform you that we don't have access to those logs. Only you can contact your credit card company, provide them relative infos and then get a refund.
