Dear adikadik, here are some tips for you about proposal and marriage, you can also check in the Marriage panel.
Marriage
1. Only married players can upgrade Marriage Level, players can only be effected by their own Marriage Level, not by their partner's.
2.Both partners must use their own Serpendipity Points to upgrade their own marriage levels.
3.After divorce, player's Marriage Level will be reserved, but will not be upgraded.
4.Players can upgrade their Marriage Level after divorce once they marry again.
5.Serendipity Points can be obtained by sending flowers to your partner and through having wedding party.
proposal
1.You and the one you want to propose to (here and after known as "you two") should both be Lvl.40 or above.
2.You must have 2 rings prepared when proposing. One ring will be sent to your partner via ingame mail after a successful proposal. Rings can be purchased in the Shop.
3.You two should both be singles.
4.You two should be friends.
5.You two need to be opposite genders.
6.If you meet all the requirements above, propose to him/her! Shout out your love!
