How to take a screenshot
We have found that a lot of our Dragon pals don't know how to take a screenshot when we ask them to submit a ticket with a screenshot.Here we would like to write a post about how to take screen shot on your computer!So when you met a problem in our game,just take a screenshot about the problem and then go to submit a ticket!Hope this could be helpful for your guys!Thanks!
【How to take a screenshot】
Step 1. Open Paint.
Open Paint from Accessories section in your Start menu. Minimize the window, so that you can use it afterwards to copy the screenshot.
Step 2. Open the Game.
Open your game and decide what is to be captured.
Step3.Press Print screen Button on your keyboard.
The Print Screen button may be labelled as 'Print screen' or 'PrtScn'. The labelled name can vary for different keyboard manufacturers
PC: Use the "Print Screen" key to copy your current screen.
Mac: Use ‘Command + Shift + 3’ to take a screenshot of your whole screen
Step 4. Open the Paint window and paste it using 'Ctrl + V' Or by right clicking the mouse button and selecting Paste.
Step 5. Save the image. Save the image to the desired location with suitable file format.
